Step 4Chat pane is located in the bottom left 15. Step 4.1If you need to download the Google Hangouts plugin, you will get a prompt 16. Step 4.2You may also need to add contacts if you want to talk to someone outside the UALR.edu domain. 17. Step 5Chose and click on a persons name.A chat window will pop up. 18.
