MEDICAL COLLEGE & ITS ASSOCIATED HOSPITALS JAMMU AS ON 09.03.2016.Whereas, the Tentative Seniority List of Class-IV employees of Government Medical College & its Associated Hospitals, Jammu was issued vide this office endorsement no. AHJ/PS/2015/334-35 dated: 19.01.2016;Whereas, a large number of representations received in this office have been examined and accordingly necessary corrections/ rectifications/ incorporations have been made wherever found justified based onthe information provided by the concerned individual/documentary evidence and available records;Now, therefore, Updated & Final seniority of Class-IV employees of Government Medical College & its Associated Hospitals, Jammu as on 09.03.2016; forming Annexure to this order is issued for information ofall the concerned.Any employee aggrieved of the position assigned to him in the Final Seniority List may file a review petition before the competent authority in accordance with J&K Civil Services (Classification, Control and Appeal)Rule, 1956, if he/she so desires within a period of 21 days from the date of issue of this order.The date(s) of birth/appointment and the qualification mentioned against the official(s) in the Final seniority of Class-IV employees shall not be taken as authentic and shall be subject to the further authenticationfrom the individual Service Book(s), Matriculation/ Date of Birth Certificate(s)/ Qualification Certificate(s) issued by the concerned issuing authority.This issues without prejudice to the outcome of any writ petition(s) pending before competent court(s) of law.
