In such case one year's increment shall be stopped with effect of postponement of future increments. The intervening period which has been spent under training by such a teacher shall be treated as leave of whatever kind due and salary drawn by him adjusted accordingly" For selection of in-service teachers in the designated courses, 60 points are earmarked for performance in the entrance test and the remaining 20 for length of service @ two points for each complete year of service/one point per six months, subject to a maximum of 20 points.
