Subhra Ghosh, Chief Judge at the City Sessions Court, adjourned the hearing on Sohrab’s plea till February 24 on a request by the prosecution counsel. The prosecution lawyer submitted that the investigating officer was holding a Test Identification (TI) parade and as such case diary was not available. Sambia Sohrab has been charged under sections 302 (mur- der), 120B (criminal conspiracy), 201 (causing disappearance of evidence), 212 (harbouring an offender) and 427 (mischief) of IPC for the death of IAF Corporal Abhimanyu Gaud. Instructions for filling Re-evaluation / Xerox formsThe candidates are required to fill the online Xerox and Re-eval-
uation application forms on official website of J&K BOSE i.e.,www.jkbose.co.in and the link for the same shall open from18.02.2016. After filling the form, the candidate will get a printout ofthe filled form as well as the pre-printed J&K Bank Challan. The can-didate has to deposit the prescribed fee on next working day from11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. positively against the Challan in any nearbyJ&K Bank Branch / Business Unit and keep the counter file for theirown record and reference.

KOLKATA, Feb 17:
Former MLA Mohammed Sohrab, whose son Sambia wasarrested in a hit-and-run case in which an airman was killedduring Republic Day parade rehearsal, today moved an antic-ipatory bail prayer before a city court.
Subhra Ghosh, Chief Judge at the City Sessions Court,adjourned the hearing on Sohrab’s plea till February 24 on arequest by the prosecution counsel.
The prosecution lawyer submitted that the investigatingofficer was holding a Test Identification (TI) parade and assuch case diary was not available.
Sambia Sohrab has been charged under sections 302 (mur-der), 120B (criminal conspiracy), 201 (causing disappearanceof evidence), 212 (harbouring an offender) and 427 (mischief)of IPC for the death of IAF Corporal Abhimanyu Gaud.
Mohammed Sohrab, said to be a TMC member and a for-mer RJD MLA, and his elder son Ambia have been abscond-ing since the date of incident on January 13 and police havelaunched a search for the duo in and outside the state.(PTI)
