objects and situations objectively like aspectator as if they are different and we are

different and we only have a temporary

association with them.

If you observe around you, you will find that some people always remain in a hurry

whether it is needed or not. It becomes a tendency or a mindset for them They

somehow want to hurriedly finish the work in hand, so that they can relax in some

imaginary future. But when that moment comes, they can't relax because their 

future oriented and rushing attitude continues and can’t be suddenly changed. This

rushing attitude is always reflected on their tense face in the form of wrinkles. Now,

Why are people constantly in a hurry? Because they are not happy in the present.

If you are happy, fully satisfied and contented in the present, why will you think of 

rushing to a future moment? In this process of thinking ahead of the time, we

actually neglect the present and spend our time right now in unhappiness. It is our 

future oriented and rushing mind which blocks our happiness of the present

moment and keeps our mind constantly agitated. The solution is to learn to stop

yourself in the present moment. Once you learn to slow sown your mind to the

activity in hand, you will find that the most ordinary and mundane works, which

earlier used to be quite boring, because quite interesting and a source of great joy

and satisfaction. It is only by slowing down and paying attention to Each moment

that many of the things happening around us, which are normally taken for grantedand seem dull and uninteresting becoming highly interesting and enjoyable. If we

want to experience joy and happiness in our works, we should leave the attitude of 

rushing through our activities and to somehow finish them as early as possible.

This should be replaced by the attitude of slowing down and maintaining full

awarness in each activity, however trivial it may be. If we are not mindful in each

small activity, we can't be mindful in carrying out important tasks also because our attitude and the frame of mind can't be suddenly changed.
