At the upcoming trade fair for the International sheet metal industry in Hannover, Timesavers will present a combination of its state-of-the-art rotary brush

machine 42 series WWRBW and an Add-on machine. This new Add-on machine will make the 42 series machine more versatile and saving you even more time in the deburring and edge rounding of your product. Before the workpieces are deburred or edge-rounded in the main machine, they pass a dedicated conveyor belt zone. This Add-on zone deburrs the bottom of the workpieces giving them a rounded edge. With this combination, time is saved, since the workpieces no longer have to go through the 42 series WWRBW machine twice, simply loaded and unloaded. Furthermore, this development increases the level of integration into fully automatic processing lines, as expected from the upcoming “Industry 4.0” standard.

We are also presenting our new aggregate, the Hammer Head™. The Hammer Head™ is designed to remove heavy slag on larger steel products. This new pre-treatment aggregate will lower the tooling costs for our machines. The Hammer Head™ will be showcased on the 42 series HWRB machine. With this combination we can show you how to combine the other functions of this machine.
