International Tennis Hall of FameWith hundreds of years of tennis history and an endless number of inspirational stories now at our fingertips, the International Tennis Hall of Fame is uniquely positioned to bring the transformative power of tennis to a more diverse audience and make a lasting impact on global and local tennis communities. In September 2018, the ITHF launched a National Junior Tennis and Learning (NJTL) chapter known as TeamFAME, which currently serves just over 15 percent of the fifth-grade students in Newport. Through out-of-school enrichment activities and the sport of tennis, students will improve their academic and social skills while learning how to incorporate healthy habits into their daily routines. Studies prove that youth who participate in tennis are more likely to make better decisions, improve their grades, and pursue post-secondary education. The fifth grade students will continue to be a part of TeamFAME throughout their time in middle school. Each year a new class of fifth graders will benefit from developing character and leadership skills for greater success in the classroom and in life.

Collaborative Divorce Strategies

Despite being in the financial services industry since 1998, going through the emotions of my own divorce a few years ago made it difficult to

think about what my future financial security looked like. Now, I’m extremely passionate about empowering others to remain active in their financial affairs so that they are able to make critical financial decisions during extremely emotional times. My goal is to help clients take ownership of their finances by mapping out the bigger picture so they can be confident in their financial security post-divorce. As a CDFA® and Mediator, I help clients understand all of the potential financial outcomes of the decisions at hand, identify their potential future income and expenses, make good financial decisions now that add value to their life later and manage their investments wisely going forward.
