To ensure your safety and our ability to maintain our services to customers, this programme will show you what you need to know and do if we ever invoke these plans

If an evacuation is required, follow the direction of fire marshals and congregate at the designated muster pointsIf you need to leave the muster point inform the fire marshal of your intended destinationIf you have left important personal possessions behind, tell the fire marshal who will take details and inform HR

The Fire Marshalls will be your first point of contact, all further instructions regarding your physical safety will come from them


If the Group Incident Management Team decides it is necessary to invoke the plan, you will be notified via the staff emergency notification system. Messages can be received via sms & your company email address

Our major incident plan has been invoked call the staff information line on 09551 786543 for more details


If the situation is expected to be prolonged we will activate our work area recovery site. Go there only if your departmental business continuity plan requires you to do so. If you cant get there, inform your line manager immediately.


If you have been instructed to return home, you will be able to access our systems remotely:Remote Access Logonhttps://citrixlogin.[Companynet].netLogin with your user name and password as usual; and then enter your secure token Id in the box for TOKEN PIN


There may be occasions when it is safer for everyone to stay inside the building. In this case..
