ELECTRIC BLOWERS

UB20xx 8" (20 cm) Blower/Exhauster

Worldwide Certified Explosion-Proof Ventilators

Some units don’t include plugs. Please inquire for options.

RAMFAN Hazardous location fans are used in many different industries including: Petrochemical, chemical, marine, pharmaceutical, wastewater, natural gas utility, aircraft maintenance and confined space entry in hazardous locations.

AIR DRIVEN BLOWERS

UB20xx M.E.D.™Manhole Entry Device

The explosion-proof UB20xxSystem utilizes high strengthpolymers with an anti-statichousing designed to dischargestatic build-up safely. The M.E.D.™allows workers to enter and exitsmall man-size openings whilemaintaining continuous ventilation. Without such a device, duct fills the manhole opening, preventing rapid entry and exit. Tightly integrated into the UB-line of confined space ventilation equipment, the RAMFAN M.E.D.™ is quick to assemble and the new swiveling elbow makes duct alignment easy.

DUCTED AIRFLOW (cfm)/(m³/hr)

AIRFLOW (cfm)/(m³/hr)

Euramco Safety has designed and manufactured a line of fans specifically for use in hazardous atmospheres to meet the standards specified by the ATEX Directive 94/9/EC, IECEx, CE, INMETRO and UL. Our certifications cover the whole unit: the motor, terminal box, power cable, fan blade and labeling.

These Standards apply to all electrical equipment to prevent or minimize potential source of ignition in hazardous gas, or vapor atmospheres, to the extent defined in the charts on back page.

The chart on the back cover explains the ATEX Identification Numbering System. Look for the whole-unit ATEX Certification string on RAMFAN Products.
