Needed: Recess and lunch, including fruit break. Full School uniform required. Cost : $7 per student (heavily subsided) About the show - Hes the most misunderstood character in fairytale history. Put simply he has no friends. But then he does have incredibly sharp teeth, yellow eyes and his own ideas about personal hygiene, and he is the infamous Big Bad Wolf after all. No one likes him. Luckily one girl is brave enough to double check this wolfs bad press and an unlikely friendship is born. This hilarious, table-turning tale will have you wondering why you were so scared in the first place. Permission note attached. COLOURSS Interspeak Afterlee is very proud of the outstanding manner in which our students represented the school at Interspeak. Although we did not gain any medals, the standard and integrity our students presented their speeches with was to be admired. Well done all. Another very successful trading COLOURSS interaction. NAPLAN Parents have been given the NAPLAN results for their children. If you have any questions regarding these results and what they mean please come and speak with Mrs Wheeler next term. Dental Visit Tuesday saw Dentist Vicki Page (nee Piggott) a proud former Afterlee students attend our school to give our children a dental hygiene talk and check up. We always enjoy Vickis visits. Next Term Mrs Wheeler returns on Monday 15th October along with students and staff to begin term 4. It has been a delight to have Mr Swift for the past 2 weeks back teaching in our classroom. Staff, especially Mrs Wheeler and students are grateful for his leadership and confident teaching. It is gratifying to hear such positive feedback from Mr Swift about the learning and behavioural progress our students have made since he was here last. Thank you Mr Swift for a great fortnight! Kyogle Swimming Club's Sign On & First Pointscores Night October 19th from 5:30pm @ the Kyogle Pool. The junior Dolphin program is operating again this year! Swimming NSW are offering all Children 7

years old & Under free membership! Junior Dolphins can join the club and participate in the point scores program for the full season FREE of

charge (excluding pool entry). All ages and swimming abilities are welcome and catered to in the pointscores program. Pointscores is run on Friday Evenings from 6pm, providing fun family orientated, social swimming. More information on the Kyogle Swimming Club facebook page, or at the Club Nights from 6pm on Friday Evenings during school terms.
