Stein Eriksen Residences Style Guidelines have been developed to provide instruction for hotel logo, color, typography, name usage, and general formatting. Visual symbols impact how a business is perceived, and consistent logo use is an important component of

building and maintaining a strong identity.

The Style Guidelines cover basic elements and can be shared with anyone working on printed or web materials.

All materials must be approved by the Marketing Department before being printed or published.

LOGOTYPEThe name Stein Eriksen Residences is to be set in Devanagari Sangam Mn, Regular, All Caps 24 pt., +70 tracking.

DESCRIPTORThe words Deer Valley are a required descriptor and element of the logo, to be set in Goudy Bold in small caps.

LETTER KERNINGThe spacing between the “D” and “E” in “Deer” should be adjusted to match the space between the other letters. A similar adjustment should be made between the “V” and “A” in “Valley”

Stein Eriksen Residenes logo has been thoughtfully sized and proportioned. It should not be stretched

either horizontally, vertically, or reconfigured.

Secondary One-Color Usage: Secondary one-color usage includes rich black, spot silver, gray (30% black), white or gold knocked out over dark colors or images. Contact the marketing

Clear Space: The logo should be kept clear of any competing text, images, and

graphics. It must be surrounded by a minimum of 20% of the total logo witdth.
