WHY IS THE TARGET AUDIENCE SO IMPORTANT? A very crucial part of marketing and

producing a music video is identifying who the target audience is.

The more of an appeal a product has to it’s target audience, the more successful the product will be.

From carrying out thorough research, I have been able to identify my primary target audience for my Hip Hop Music Video.

Age 16-25

Gender & Race Predominantly Black urban males

Clothing• Consists of hoodies,

tracksuits and baseball caps.

Hobbies• Drugs, partying, gambling and

sport.
