Have you been approached by developers or neighbours wanting to buy or build on your land?

Free planning advice for small development plots. Many of our valued clients have farms in and around villages and smaller communities throughout the region. Some of these farms will have little bits of fields that are not productive in agricultural terms but that could provide useful additions to the local rural housing stock. We are often approached by small developers looking for land for single plots or housing developments up to 10 units. Whilst at the present time we have large sites for sale we have very few small sites. If you think you may have a small piece of land that you would be prepared to sell for development we can have a look at it and provide you with planning advice on the likelihood of a planning consent being granted. We can also make the application on your behalf and negotiate a sale to developers or individuals. Many pieces of land are unsuitable in planning

terms which is why our free assessment is

essential to realise the potential value.

Additionally smaller pieces unsuited for

development may be suitable for allowing

neighbours to have larger gardens or to permit a

side extension or improve an access for example.

Even these small parcels may be worth looking at.
