Mardi Gras DayTuesday, February 17

On Mardi Gras Day, bus services operate Saturday timetables.

Lines 60 – Hayne and 106 – Aurora: will operate their weekday schedule. All bus lines that come to, or cross Canal Street or St. Charles Avenue (5, 10, 11, 16, 27, 28, 32, 39, 51, 52, 55, 57, 62, 64, 65, 80, 84, 88, 91, 94, 101, 102, 106, 114, 115) will be on detours. Endymion Parade detours will be effect except where noted. Shuttle bus services operating along the Canal Streetcar lines will stop at Claiborne Avenue (Stop ID: 801 and Stop ID: 5416).

15-Freret: No service between Felicity St and O.C. Haley Blvd. (Stop ID: 341) and Broadway until parades clear.

28-M.L. King: Buses will operate between Napoleon Ave. and Baronne St. and M. L. King Blvd. at Derbigny St. (Nearest Stop ID: 664), one block north of S. Clai-borne Ave.)

84-Galvez: No service during parades to the Main Library at Loyola Ave. to N. Galvez St. Board bus at N. Galvez St. and Bienville St. (Stop ID: 2018).

Endymion ParadeSaturday, February 14

See general detours for uptown lines except for the following bus and streetcar lines below.

47-48 Canal Streetcar and 49-Loyola-UPT Streetcar: Service will be suspended on all three lines starting at 2 pm. Lines 51, 52, 57, 62, 64, 65, 80, 88: Board buses at N. Basin St. and Iberville St. (Stop ID: 8486). No service from Basin St. and Iberville St. to Tulane Ave. and I-10 during parade.

27-Louisiana: Board buses at Cemeteries Transit Center on Canal Blvd. No service between Delgado Community College and Cemeteries Transit Center. No service between Louisiana Ave. and Carondelet St. to Louisiana Ave. and Tchoupitoulas St. during Iris and Tucks.

32 -Leonidas-Orleans-Treme: Buses will follow Line 27 route from S. Carrollton Ave. to Cemeter-ies Transit Center on Canal Blvd. No service between Carrollton Ave. to downtown until the Endymion parade clears

84-Galvez: No service during parades to the Main Library at Loyola Ave. to N. Galvez St. Board bus at N. Galvez St. and Bienville St. (Stop ID: 2018).

90-Carrollton: The line will be split into two with service from Elysian Fields to Beauregard Circle (Stop ID: 4663) and S. Claiborne Avenue to Cemeteries Transit Center. From S. Claiborne Ave, the bus follows Line 27 route from S. Carrollton Ave. to Cemeteries Transit Center.

91-Jackson-Esplanade: The line will be split into two during the parade. Parade service will run from Esplanade Ave. and Beauregard Circle to N. Rampart St. and Bienville St (Stop ID: 1045). Board buses at Elk Place and Tulane Ave. (Zone C, Stop ID: 753) to go to Walmart. No service to and from Cemeteries Transit Center.

94-Broad: The line will be split into two during the parade. Buses from New Orleans East will end at S. Broad St. and Bienville St (Stop ID: 4663). Walk 5 blocks to S. Broad St. and S, Banks St. (Stop ID: 4664) to board Broad bus to S. Broad Ave. and S. Washington St.

Shuttle buses will replace Canal and Loyola streetcars February 12-14.

12-St Charles Streetcar: From 2 hours before parades start, service will operate from Downtown to S. Claiborne Ave. until 2 hours after parades end, service will operate from S. Claiborne Ave to Cadiz St. (2 blocks from Napoleon Ave). Buses will operate from Elk Place at Canal St. (Stop ID: 3195, Zone E) to St. Charles at Valance St. (3 blocks from Napoleon Ave) via the 15-Freret line to Valance St. On

Canal Streetcar: 47-Cemeteries and 48-City Park/Museum: 2 hours before and during uptown parades, Canal Streetcars will run to S. Liberty St. (2 blocks lakeside/north of S. Rampart St.) (Stop IDs: 5501 and 825).

49-Loyola-UPT Streetcar: 2 hours before and during uptown parades, streetcars will operate with buses from UPT to Elk Place at Canal St. (Stop ID: 3195). No service from Elk Place at Canal St. to Harrah’s Casino or French Market.

Algiers Lines (101, 102, 106, 108, 114 and 115) and Line 39: Board buses at Tulane Ave. and Loyola Ave. (Zone C: Stop ID 753).

12-St Charles Streetcar: Starting at 2:15 pm, St. Charles Shuttle Buses will start at the Union Passenger Terminal (UPT) instead of Elk Place at Canal St.

Canal Streetcar: 47-Cemeteries, 48-City Park/Museum and 49-Loyola-UPT Streetcar:No service from 2:00pm until Endymion ends.

Streetcar Services during Carnival Season

January 31 - February 17

5-Marginy- Bywater and 55-Elysian Fields: Board bus at Decatur St. and Elysian Fields (Stop ID: 4491). No Service to Canal St. Both lines will operate regular service from Elysian Fields, line 5 will go to Poland Ave. Line 55 will go to UNO.

10-Tchoupitoulas: Buses will operate from Tchoupitoulas St. at Constantinople St. (Stop ID: 58) to S. Peters St. at Poydras St. (Stop ID: 86).

11-Magazine: Buses will operate between Constantinople St. (Stop IDs: 145 and 188, 4 blocks from Napoleon Ave.) and Camp St. at Poydras St. (Stop ID: 167). Downtown – no service from Camp St. at Poydras St. to Canal St. Uptown – no service from Audubon Zoo to Constantinople St.

16-S. Claiborne: Board bus at Elk Place at Canal St. (Stop ID: 3195) in both directions. No Service from Poydras St. and Loyola Ave. to Magazine St. at Canal St.

27-Louisiana: Board bus at Louisiana Ave. at Baronne St. (Stop ID: 625). No Service from Louisiana Ave. at Baronne St. to Tchoupi-toulas Ave. and Louisiana Ave. See also Endymion day detour.

28-M.L. King: Board bus at Napoleon Ave. at Baronne St. (Stop ID: 3789). No Service from Napoleon Ave. at Baronne St. to Tchoupi-toulas Ave. at Napoleon Ave..

91-Jackson-Esplanade:Board bus at Jackson Ave at Simon Bolivar Blvd. No service from O.C. Haley Ave. at Jackson Ave. to Jackson Ave. at Tchoupitoulas St. See also Endymion day detour.
