WORK EXPERIENCE: Lockton Companies, LLC 9/2001-2/2016 Assistant Vice President, Account ExecutiveI started in the Trucking Unit and then moved into Small Business, Enterprise Business and was recruited to the National Account unit about twelve years ago. I served as team lead on my book of business coordinating all internal services; including the overall account management, loss control, claims and risk management for a growing book of business of just under $1M in revenue and $24M in premium. My duties included:

● Partnered with clients to assist in their risk management goals and objectives and tailored insurance programs designed to meet their needs

● Maintained open communication with clients on a regular basis● Marketed and re-marketed renewal policies, including preparing insurance

submissions for all lines of coverage, sending to carriers, ongoing discussions with underwriters, negotiation of terms and conditions

● Designed coverage towers for clients seeking up to $1 billion in liability and $300 million in property

● Worked closely with risk managers, wholesalers, brokers, captive managers, insurance and reinsurance companies in Bermuda and London marketplace

Duties included handling certificates, endorsements, checking policies, billings, preparing summaries, and all other duties as requested by the account manager. I also obtained my CIC and CISR designations. ARS separated from AJG and I worked on workers compensation programs.
