The Krispy Kreme team had an action plan for developing the magical moments, one thing we have developed is our birthday cards where the customer fills in his birthday details and what kind of doughnut he/she likes.

•On the day of the guest’s birthday, We are : -sending our customer an SMS from saying” Happy Birthday from Krispy Kreme” - Inviting him/her for one of our stores to get his FREE birthday dozen “ Specially made for him & titled with his/her name” .

Sharing good times, Events & Occasions Ramadan and Eid

• Our Krispy Kreme team has come up with the idea of having designed doughnuts for certain occasions.

• As we reside in a Muslim country which has a lot of islamic occasions like Ramadan and Eid, the team has decided to come up with designed Eid and Ramadan Doughnuts (Just a sample filled doughnuts titled with occasion congratulation greeting.

• Those items enabled us to share ocassions with our customers and to build friendship and memories between both sides
