The students were splendid in their costumes of farm animals, farm workers, fruit & vegetables and farmers. Most importantly the generosity of students and parents reflected the care and concern this wonderful community has for people outside their own lives. The school collected a massive $3500 and many parents donated online. We do not have the online figures for this school but I suspect we have raised close to $5000. There were so many donaons of $50, $100 and $150, and of course, the gold coins and $5 notes. Every donaon, no maer how large or how small is greatly appreciated by the farmers. Special thanks to Mrs Pra for organizing the day and to all the teachers who encouraged the students and the community to support this worthy cause. half saw them runaway with the match and finish with a convincing 12-6 victory. The Seniors started the first half of their match well with a couple of quick tries but a lack of effort saw them take the foot of the pedal and concede a big lead going into halftime. Pleasingly in the second half the effort lifted and they began to bridge the gap in the score line. Unfortunately it wasn't enough in the end, going down 8-6. A reminder that this term PSSA sport will take place in the mornings, therefore students are to meet outside the Library at 8:40am or straight after Band practice for those students involved. Thank you, Brad Keyes. PSSA T-BALL/SOFTBALL - Round 8 Vs Turramurra North. On the last day of Term 3, both the T-Ball and Softball girls played so well!
