Carrylinemanufacturesvirtuallyallcomponents in-house

in Kungälv. This results in short lead times,high quality and a

Carryline was founded in 1963 by Ulf Henrekson, who

previously had worked as a technical consultant providing support for

materialhandling.Hewasthe first persontocomeupwith

theideaofreplacingsteelconveyorswithaluminumbeamandreplaceable

plasticchainforgentleproducthandling.

Aluminum

The aluminum profiles are anodized for corrosion protection.

Lubrication of the chains is unnecessary. This makes aluminum chain

conveyor systems suitable for high-demand environments such as in the

pharmaceuticalindustry.

Stainless steel

The profiles of stainless steel are mainly designed for the food industry

with its specificandstricthygiene requirements,or for theapplicationof

conveyorsystemsinwet environments.

Plastic chain

Carrylineplasticchainismadeofhighest quality plastic

material approved for food contact. All chains and

plasticpartsareproducedinour own plastic molding

onedrive issufficient.Asaresult, thenumberoftransitions is

minimal.Furthermore,theconveyorsystemsinthestandarddesignare

adaptedtoabsorbasmall degreeofaccumulation.

Thismeanssmallinterruptionsinproductionwillnotcauseanyproblems.

TheCarrylineTwistconveyorsaredesignedtorotatepackagesinaproper

wayto90or180degrees,eitherclockwiseorcounter-clockwise.Thedual

chainarrangementgentlytransitions(twists)theproductwhileconveyingit

forward.TheConveyor isnormallyused to rotatebags,cartonsorbottles

whichcannotbeturnedbyothermethods.Thetwistconveyorisavailablein

multiple chain widths.

Side-grip conveyor systems

Our side-grip conveyor systems clamp your products from the side and

move themupordownasdesired.Wealsoutilizeside-gripconveyors for
