Of late, India today & Ajtak group group have started discounted selling of various items

through Internet,by sending E mail messages to the Internet users.

With the principal items of sale ,they offer some costly freebies.

One example is as follows:-They offered Encyclopedia Britanica CDs as principal item at a cost of Rs.499+Rs.75 as

handling charges=Rs.574/- in total.In addition,they have also offered FREE an adidas bag worth Rs.499/-,2 nights holiday

for a couple worth Rs.5000/- and a surat diamond jewellery voucher worth Rs.5000/-.All

as FREEBIES.

For payment through credit card,the delivery was FREE but if it is madeCASH ONDELIVERY,additional charges would have to be paid in addition to handling charges of

Rs.75/-.

On 21/11/2009,I made a payment of Rs.574/- through credit card payment.India Today book club confirmed receipt of payment.

The Order reference was M-COMMERCE/0GA090091156.While I received the the CDs but in spite of repeated requests and pursuations with theIndia Today book club ,through E mails and telecon,the freebies have not yet delivered

till 10/01/2010 to me,which was stated to be worth Rs.11293/-.

All the mail exchanges with the India Today bookclub are given below,which clearly

indicate and prove beyond any doubt,how a reputed organization like India Today groupstarted CHEATING PEOPLE with FRAUDULENT PROMISES and by not adhering to

its promises.

Anyone may like to contact me in my mobile no &/or through E mail ID given below.

I ,therefore,bring the incident to the notice of one and all to widely circulate among

their acquaintances,friends,relatives,associations and members to note this and not

to fall in the trap of India Today book club,to get CHEATED.Kindly go through the correspondence below and dont get greedy for the freebies
