• Requirements currently being worked on by Building Officials Subcommittee
• One online application used by all Cities • Plans uploaded to one repository• City notified when an application
submitted
• Applicant enters address (if there is one)• GIS map displayed with address point• Applicant has ability to move point or create a
polygon• Link established between GIS point/polygon

Signing and sealing requirements set forth by boards of professional licensing: 1. Electronic sign and seal:
• Free• Requires one page signature document (SHA-1) to be
printed , manually signed and sealed by the registered professional(s)
