E-Commerce
• Agility is using IT software from the beginning there was no pre-IT era. Agility uses software called Exceed (INFOR) for WMS (warehouse management system).

• The clients can also place order through WMS portal. The system is implemented recently by the company (about 4 to 5 months ago)

Some Facts
Q. How does Exceed identify items for Shipment?
A. Exceed identifies the item by the information punched in at the time of entry of item in the warehouses using the RFID technology
Q. How does Exceed manages inventory or provide help in keeping checks?
A. If the warehouse contains 5000 pallets, exceed will pick some random locations at the end of the month in the form of report containing location of the item. The person the physically checks the rack if the product is present or not at the specified location, if not the call report is generated.
