Constructi on Updat e Week o November 9, 2009 Men o Gamma, It has been about three weeks since our last update and i t has been a BUSY three weeks. AKL Gamma is nally starting to rise out o the ground as t he basement walls are now in place and work can soon begin on the raming o the new addition. Meanwhile in the original ho use, nal prep work was complet e and now sub ooring is b eing laid throughout most o the structure. Outside the house work has progressed on the drainage system around the perimeter o the house. While this has meant the loss o se veral trees and landscaping you can rest assured that in the end the house will have a remarkable presence rom Fourth and Daniel. Next on the list are the major or ders including windows, trusses, and much more. With carpenters just starting on the job, we ully expe ct the house to be tightened up and ready or interior build- out by Christmas. With all that has been happening I will end this note a little short and instead show you all o the changes in 401 E ast Daniel Street. All the Best, T .J.
