Bodaiju Site Progress Report - Building A and B -

Dear valued buyers of Bodaiju Residences,

It is with great pleasure that I’m writing to you to share with you on the construction

progress for Bodaiju Residences.

Since the sales of Bodaiju Residences on 22nd August 2015, we had received over-

whelming support and much better than expected sales of Bodaiju Residences. With the

strong support, my construction team has been working endlessly to meet the construction

progress. After completing the UXO clearance and test piling works, we are currently

carrying out piling works in full force.

As part of our continuous engagement with you, I’m pleased to provide you with the

details of the construction in this report and endeavor to provide you with an update on

the construction every quarter.

This is Built-in Wardrobe and Hanging Kitchen’s cabinetinstallation activities of Mock Up units in Building A.

MASONRY WORK is the brick work after finish structure work ineach floor. This is our site activities in October 2016.
