• Letters of Intent
• DRCOG sends text with dollar amount
• You print on your letterhead
• Sign and return!
• Aesthetics survey (Sanborn)
• Determine our collective preferences for color, tone, sharpness,
contrast etc.
• Future of DRAPP and Planimetrics – brainstorming meeting
• License Agreements
• If you have one from 2014 or 2016, it’s still good for 2018.
Watch for emails!

Click to edit Master title styleClick to edit Master title styleLicensing Reminders
• License covers all current and past DRAPP imagery that you are using.
• Term begins as soon as the license is signed and continues as long as you are using a DRAPP imagery dataset. Letter of Intent solidifies commitment for the current project and specifies funding contribution (not the license agreement).
• Latest/current imagery:• Can be used for your internal business needs
• Can be served up as a basemap in your webmaps
• Can be provided to a contractor that is officially working for you and has signed an agreement stating they will only use the imagery for your project.
• Can NOT be given away (DRCOG’s resellers sell the tiles and WMS)
• Past imagery:• All of the above except tiles can be given away (to anyone including your
contractors) with no written agreement
• You may never sell the imagery because DRCOG does via our resellers.
