DescriptionTheTwo-StageDualModularValveDMV-ZR/612seriescombinestwosafetyshutoffvalves inonecompacthousing.Valve2incorporatestwostages,whichcanbesetattwodifferentfiringrates.Bothfiringratesarefieldadjustableandcanmodulatefromhightolowduringburneroperation.

Valve1(V1)oftheDMV-ZRDandDMV-ZRDLEseries is fastopeningand fastclosing.Valve2(V2)oftheDMV-ZRDisfastopening,whileV2oftheDMV-ZRDLEisslow-openingforsmootherlight-off.Max.flowadjustmentonV2providesvariablemainflowonbothmodels.

Internal profiles and compact designoptimizeflowandprovidea lowpres-sure drop.Three body styles reduceinventory.

Directlymounting the followingacces-sories creates a compact valve trainwithout additional piping: pressureregulator, highand lowgaspressureswitches,valveprovingsystem,andventlineadapter.

ApplicationThe DMV-ZR is recommended forindustrialandcommercialheatingap-plications,wheretwoautomaticshutoffvalves,proofofclosureandmodulatingbetweentwofiringratesduringburneroperation are required.TheDMV-ZRDualModularValvetwostageissuitablefordrynaturalgas,propane,butane,airandinertgases.

A“dry”gashasadewpointlowerthan+15°Fanditsrelativehumidityislessthan60%.
