Price - $2500 Availability - 4 Includes: Single vendor booth, company logo on all conference materials, website recognition, and banner in hotel main entrance\lobby, 2 complimentary registrations, 5 minute speech and recognition at opening or closing event.

Vendor Booth Times: See below Price: $500.00 (double booth - $750) Availability: 20 (double booth – 4) Includes: One 8’ table, two chairs and electricity (other accommodations by request). Full conference admission is provided for one representative. Additional representatives are $130 per person.

Conference Opening Reception Price - $1500 Availability - 1 Includes: Recognition in program, display in room, and 5 minute speech and recognition on each table.

Conference Gift Bag or Lanyard Sponsor Price - $250 Availability – 1 per item Includes: Recognition in program, company supplies the gift bag or lanyard to IMASLA for distribution.

Conference Drink and Snack Station Sponsor Price - $250 Availability – 1 per day Includes: Recognition in program, banner at drink stations, coffee, juice, soda, and water.

Conference Recycling Sponsor Price - $250 Availability – 1 Includes: Recognition in program, signs on all recycling stations.

Student Grant Initiative Price - $250 Availability – Unlimited Includes: Recognition in program, provides an opportunity for a student from one of our esteemed Universities a chance to attend the conference (includes registration, room and board).

Student Portfolio Review Price - $250 Availability – 1 Includes: Recognition in program, professional landscape architects will provide a portfolio review to both Senior and/or junior students during the conference.
