MDF thanks our economic development partners at the City of Massillon, the Stark Economic Development Board, Miller Land Development, and the State of Ohio for their cooperation on this project. The timeline for this project was short and a lot of work was completed in a very short amount of time to make it happen. I would also like to thank the MDF Board of Directors and Attorney Mark Percival for their efforts over the last several months. Thank you to those who attended last month’s Business After Hours at Brahler’s Cleaning and Restoration! We appreciate the team at Brahler’s for hosting this event. Due to the Fall Dinner this month we will not have an after-hours event but there will be a Let’s Do Lunch in November at the Massillon Museum, which will be a great opportunity to see the renovations at their facility. I hope to see you all at the Fall Dinner! It’s time to grow again!

The Massillon Museum has been preserving local history and exhibiting artwork since 1933. In 1996, the Museum moved from a wing of the Massillon Public Library to the building it now occupies. The collection and programming had exceeded existing space.

Once again, this vital institution has expanded to meet increased preservation, exhibition and programming needs.
