Better customer communication

CSOL will send automatic reminders to customers via email and/or phone Based on the phone reminders that need to go out for the next day, CSOL will setup the IVR system for the automatic reminders at a specific time everyday

For emails that bounce back on the KANA mail server, there will be an alert on the home page for customers to update their email address

For large businesses that are enrolled in multiple energy efficient programs, the system will send out an Energy Dashboard email with their YTD savings for each program.
