Trimble Geomatics Office / .T02 Files / RINEX
This document covers the proper steps to importing .T02 files into Trimble Geomatics Office v1.6x and
properly converting .T02 files to RINEX.
Trimble Configuration Utility Setup:
• Open the Trimble Configuration Utility
• Open the Tool menu
• Select Options
• Verify that RINEX v2.10 is set for the Default
Format
• Click Apply
• Click OK
User Note: This document is written under the assumption that your .T02 files are saved to your PC
and you have the proper data transfer utility, antenna.ini file (Trimble Configuration Utility) and
Convert to RINEX v2.0.0.9 or higher.

.T02 to RINEX file Conversion: Once the Trimble Configuration Utility is setup properly you are
now ready to begin the .T02 file conversion…
• Open the File menu
• Select Open
• Navigate to your .T02 file
and select it
• Click Open
• Verify the RINEX version is
v2.10
• Open the File menu
• Select Convert files
User Note: Once converted,
you will see the message
SUCCESS! located at the
bottom of the Convert to
RINEX window… Your .T02 files
are now ready for OPUS
and/or importing into Trimble
Geomatics Office.

Importing into Trimble Geomatics Office: Once the .T02 file has been successfully converted,
you can now import the file into Trimble Geomatics Office…
• Open Trimble Geomatics Office
• Create a new Project
• Select the Import tab
• Select RINEX
• Navigate to your file
• Select it and Click Open
