Join us for the 32nd Annual Morgan Hill Mushroom Mardi Gras, May 28-29, 2011 in Downtown Morgan Hill at the Community Center Grounds and Depot Street. A fun event for the community, organized by the community – An ALL VOLUNTEER effort!

Volunteer Lounge will be located in the Children’s Pavilion at the Morgan Hill Community Center. For access, all volunteers must check in at

Volunteer registration for a name badge For working one shift, volunteers will receive a festival T-shirt and an invitation to the volunteer thank-you BBQ (Excludes volunteers working for paid groups for fundraising)

VOLUNTEER TRAINING: MANDATORY IF POURING ALCOHOL OR SELLING TICKETS. Anyone who is handling alcohol and/or working the ticket booths must attend one of the volunteer trainings – Tuesday, May 10 or Wednesday, May 11, 6:30pm at the MMG office Please check the time you would like to work: Friday, May 27 (Set-up) ______5pm – 8pm Saturday, May 28 ______ 9:30am – 2pm ______2pm – 7pm Sunday, May 29 ______ 9:30am – 1:30pm ______1:30pm – 6pm Sunday, May 29 (Tear down) ______ 6pm – 8pm

Volunteer Needs & Description of responsibilities Sponsor VIP Tent (near main stage) - bartending, badge checker, runner, etc. Handing out programs – handing out programs at entrances of festival Check ID’s – check identification for alcohol purchase and put wristband on patron (must be 21

yrs old) Wine Pourers – pour wine, check ID’s (must be 21 yrs old) Beer Pourers – pour beer in beer trailers, check ID’s (must be 21 yrs old) Beer/wine Ticket Cashiers –Selling beer/wine tickets. Cash handling exp. preferred (must be 21

yrs old) Set-up & Tear Down – putting up tables & chairs, hanging banners, etc.
