In March 2017, 12 DREAMERS will take on an inspirational journey to create 4 disruptive innovation projects
to improve our food system.
They will work hard and receive mentoring from recognised experts in gastronomy, technology, design and business strategy.
The teams will present 4 innovative and functional prototypes at the Auditorium of the Basque Culinary Center in front of
a select audience and jury of experts, media and industry professionals.
