Rampart Regiment Zia Festival Itinerary !Friday, October 17th - 6:30AM Chaperone meeting 6:45AM General meeting 7:00AM Load buses 7:30AM Depart Rampart HS parking lot, bring own snacks and lunch. Eat on bus before rehearsing. 11:30AM Arrive at Robertson High School, Las Vegas, NM for rehearsal. 12-2:00PM Rehearse at Robertson HS 2:30PM Depart for Albuquerque 4:30PM Check in at Hampton Inn Albuquerque. 6:00PM Depart for Hinkle Family Fun Center 8:45PM Depart for Hotel 10PM Room checks 10:30PM Lights out! !Saturday, October 18th 7:15AM or earlier Free Breakfast at hotel 8:30AM Depart for rehearsal site Bring uniform and everything you’ll need for festival. 11:00AM Load Truck 11:30AM Lunch at Manzano HS 12:00PM Depart 12:20PM Arrive at UNM 1:00PM Change into uniform 2:18PM Official Physical Warm-Up
