Take notice that an application for letters of Administration to the estate of the late Joseph Louis Kiwanuka has been lodged in this Honourable Court by John Baptist Walusimbi, executor of the Will of the said deceased.

This Court will proceed to grant the same if no caveat is lodged with this Court within fourteen days from the date of publication of this notice unless cause be shown to the contrary.

DEED POLE-CHANGE OF NAME.

Know ye all men by this Deed Poll that I William Muyanja of P.O. Box 3984, Kampala, Uganda, natural father of Rachel Winfred Nabulime (a minor) formerly known as Winfred Nantaba, do hereby absolutely renounce and abandon on her behalf the use of her former names and in lieu thereof assume as from 24th October, 1994 the names of Rachel Winfred Nabulime.

And in pursuance of such change of a name as aforesaid I hereby declare that I shall at all material times hereafter in all records, deeds and instruments in all transactions, deal­ings and upon all occasions whatsoever when her name shall be required or used, style her by the names of Rachel Winfred Nabulime in lieu of the names Winfred Nantaba, renounced and abandoned aforesaid.

And I hereby authorise and request all persons to desig­nate and address her by her assumed names of Rachel Winfred Nabulime.
