This led to the successful go-live on the first Swiss channel.

Hallhuber GmbH was founded in 1977 and has its headquarters in Munich. The fashion company is one of the best-known fashion brands in Germany. In January 2016, there were 278 bricks-and-mortar shops plus online shops in five European countries.Hallhuber offers its customers high-quality and up-to-date fashion trends in the mid-price segment. The Hallhuber design team is responsible for two independent collections, whose discreet elegance in the DOB area has pushed the boundaries of style.

Together with MS Direct, Tradebyte developed the TB2MS interface for transferring the transmission data from TB.One. On the basis of these data, the service provider creates commercial invoices which Hallhuber requires for exporting the packages as well as for the import customs clearance and import sales tax declaration.MS Direct transmits returns information back as DESADV files. TB.One captures the stock and proceeds figures and also sends them to Hallhuber’s ERP system via the extended TB.One–AS400 interface. In cooperation with the postal operator Asendia, the entire shipping process is optimised to achieve the shipping time set by Zalando.ch – a maximum of five working days from the placement of the order to shipment and finally to the end customer.

After Hallhuber had been successful with its bricks-and-mortar shops in Switzerland for a long time, online business was opened at the end of 2014. First, via Zalando.ch, then in the form of their own Swiss online shop.
