Something I hear from people, of whom more often than not have never read one of Tim's books, blog posts or really spent any t ime researching, test ing or applying his content, sadly.

Why is that?

In my honest opinion, it 's a simple answer. Most people would rather make a judgement about someone, an assumption about their work than take the t ime and energy to check out them out. Sadly for Tim he is no exception to this 'rule'. But, it 's not all bad news because there are lots (0000's) of raving fans like me that exist...

Now, while I don't agree with all of Tim's content per se. I've been following him for 18 months + and even made a trip to New York just to hang out with the guy. He checks out.

I've put this presentat ion together for anyone relat ively or completely new to the 4-hour work week to expose some of the issues you might face and how to overcome them; specifically in regards to muse creat ion.

A Test is A Test is A Test Using Tim's philosophy of test ing, (for the most part I agree with) you want to conduct simple market test ing before deploying your product. You want the confidence that tells you there is demand for your product and ult imately is sales to be made.

Solut ions & Actions • Sending paid traffic (e.g. Adwords) is st ill by most online

marketers considered the quickest way to test an offer.• Sending an list of email subscribers (yours or another's) to

your product site. • Offline test ing: running an event on the topic of your product

where at the end you pitch the product, the sales you make indicate market demand.

Manufacture this!While digital products are always more appealing, there are always some who will look at physical products with a lit t le more allure, and why not? The issue comes when the trying to realise those dreams.

Solut ions & Actions • When you look at some of the best selling physical product

muses these have often been produced in conjunct ion with an Allibaba retailer.

Shocking WebsitesThis is less talked about than most issues, but that doesn't make it any less important. Spend t ime on the forum and see what muse based websites people are launching, while the products may be great as for the websites it 's bad news. Sorry folks!

end you have a skill set and website. Con: Incredibly t ime consuming.

• Use a template based solut ion e.g. Weebly. Pro: Fast, cheap, your in control. Con: Ugly, outdated, limited features.
