Specification and Materials

The Prestige Gazebo combines our years

of experience with garden buildings

and outdoor kitchens into one unique

design.

This stunning gazebo is handcrafted

at our workshop and its oval shape is

designed to maximise the internal space

by utilising curved balustrades. It is

complimented by cedar shingle roof

tiles and a full timber ceiling, and made

from a natural redwood timber which is

stained and treated before installation.

The seating area comfortably accomodates tables up to 1.8m

diameter and 8 chairs. The kitchen island is then perfectly

proportioned to make the most of your dining experience.

In addition to the high quality equipment, it offers spacious

preparation surfaces and a raised bar. The island is beautifully

finished with a natural chalkstone coloured, textured

weatherproof cladding and topped with a black granite work

surface.

The Prestige Gazebo is supplied with Cedar Shingle Roof Tiles as

standard, however a Thatch Tile Roof is available by request.

You can order your Gazebo with or without a Timber floor, however in both cases it is extremely important that you provide a base to the following specification.

1. Level The base needs to be a flat and level surface. This means there should be no slope (fall) on the base form either side to side or front to back.

2. SolidThe base area must have a solid finish that will not move around. Suitable surfaces are strong decks, patios, concrete plints and areas of well compacted roadstone/Type 1 or Tarmac Scalpings.

Gazebos should NOT be installed onto grass or earth.

3. Base Modifications If the base for the gazebos is not to a satisfactory standard when we arrive to install, then we will charge for the aborted visit. For projects involving hard landscaping to the perimeter of the building, please liaise with The Lapa Company build team for exact dimensions.

4. Size The minimum base dimensions are as follows:
