Teslers’ Time Out Wellington events Fri 3 Aug– Wellington Night Market I advertised this last week too, but remember this is a weekly event so make an effort to go along at least once this year! The Wellington Night Market offers around 22 stalls with 10 amazing food stalls cooking up tasty street snacks and delicacies from around the world. Also on offer are arts and crafts, jewellery, clothing, fashion accessories, mobile phones cases and more. Free live entertainment, cultural performers and music, make for a truly memorable night out and a festival atmosphere that will keep you coming back! Fri 3 Aug, 5 - 11pm, Left Bank, 116 Cuba Street. Free to wander! 26 Jul - 29 Aug World Press Photo Exhibition With around 100 local exhibitions produced every year, the World Press Photo exhibition tour of prize-winning photographs is the most popular travelling photo event in the world. The exhibition is a selection of the world’s best press photographs produced by eminent photojournalists from many different countries and nationalities. An international panel of judges selects some 200 photos from about 100,000 submitted images. 26 Jul - 29 Aug. 10am - 5pm (some late nights). New Zealand Academy of Fine Arts Gallery, 1 Queens Wharf. $5 entry. Māori Language Quiz To win two tickets to the World Press Photo Exhibition (see right) simply be the first person to email Fern with an appropriate answer to the question below (in Māori of course!) Recreation Services are holding a dance festival where groups can showcase different dance styles and cultures. I have seen some of you dance before and would love to see more! The event will be held on Thursday October 11th at 6pm in the Recreation Centre Dance Room. It is free to enter and you have the option of performing several dances. Cultural Programme Payment

A HUGE thank you to those who turned in and paid for their cultural programme selections on time! I will be contacting those who have not paid yet early next week, so please put through our payment if you have not done so already.

Eid Open House - Save the Date!
