Thank you for taking part in my survey today!

This was the questionnaire I sent out to 30 people from different places of the public including family members, friends, teachers and children from my work place. Having a variety of people answer my survey is positive because it shows the differences and separation in audiences as shows the different preferences of my chosen target audience. This will help as I then know where to start with my magazine and how to theme it accordingly.

Question 1: this pie chart shows the result of what magazines were familiar to the readers. It does not sum up to 30 as they could tick more than one box. This shows that Billboard is the most well known to my target audience. This means that I could look as chart music for my music magazine genre.

Do you buy music magazines?

Yes

No

This result is pretty straight forward as it is just telling me that 11 people out of 30 do not buy music magazines and 19 people do. This means the front cover of my magazine must be appealing to persuade the readers into buying it.

“How much would you spend on a magazine?”

These results show that 1 person would spend £5.00 or over.
