The Ferticoat application system
Omnia has developed and thoroughly tested the applicator pump system and found FertiCoat treated granules to have the following benefits:
• FertiCoat absorbs up to 3% of dust, meaning 30kg/ton of additional fertilizer output
• Reduces caking in storage (stacking test shows nohard lumps or caking)
• Improves flowability (as a result of dustsuppression)
• Rapid drying
• Ideal for adhering trace elements to every granule(up to 30 kg per tonne)
• Excellent storability
• Granule hardness is improved, or at minimum notworsened
