ROUTE COMPLIANCE AND OPTIMIZATIONRoute optimization feature allows you to create, save and manageroutes and include stops and time allowed at every stop. Assignroutes to any vehicles and get real time route deviation alerts witharrival and departure notifications to all the stops.

GEO-FENCINGCreate and save single or multiple geo-fencing and assign thosefences to any vehicle or group of vehicles. Receive real time geofence in/out alerts. You can even schedule geo-fences to notify onlyduring certain hours. Geo-fencing can be done as a circle, square ora polygon and can be overlapped on each other.

MANAGEMENT LEVELSCreate layers of groups and sub groups of your fleet by location anddepartments and have different user access their designated groupsor sub groups. You can set permissions for each of the users toaccess only specific areas of the fleet portal. Session info allows youto keep track of all login sessions to the fleet portal by different users.

DRIVER MANAGEMENTCreate and save driver profiles that includes their image, licenseimage, medical conditions, driver license expiry notifications andmuch more. Assign drivers to a vehicle or multiple vehicles and getreports of driver behavior based on either a driver or a vehicle. Extractactive duty time sheet reports for drivers with driver scoring.

SERVICE REMINDERSOptimize operations by scheduling vehicle service reminders. Createand manage reminders and service history based on odometer ortime. Once the reminders are actioned, you can complete and log theservice in the portal. Get email and in-app notification for all yourreminders.

MANAGEMENT REPORTSInstantly download a host of reports instantly in PDF, XLS or JPEG.Reports include in-depth KPI's with granular details of fleet summaryor individual vehicle report. Comparison reports allows you tocompare multiple vehicles with each other. Highlights, exception,maintenance reports are all accessible and populated in seconds.

EXTRASDepending on the device, add many accessory attachments such asfuel sensors, driver tags, temperature sensors, camera attachments,panic button, one way listen in, two-way communication module andmore. These attachments are at extra cost but add a lot of value to thefleet management.
