Our projects range from small bespoke offices to multiple floor fit outs,

from category A reinstatement to major refurbishment.

As multi-procurement specialists, we deliver solutions through the full

Here at Studiokon, we believe there is no ‘one size fits all’ solution to interior design.

Each client's project is unique, so we work hard to ensure we supply the best

dedicated team to meet the client's requirements.

Our experience and track record as a main contractor means we know what is

buildable and deliverable within our clients budgets - we won't present any designs

unless we are sure they are both physically and commercially viable.

We provide our clients with extremely good value for money and on average some 50%

of our annual turnover is repeat business - satisfied customers coming back for more.

In addition, our organisation takes an uncompromising approch to sustainability and

corporate responsibility, demanding good moral and ethical practice across all our

projects.

Our 'turnkey' solution incorporates all aspects of the fit-out process from start to finish.

We deliver inspirational workspaces and this requires an extraordinarily high level of

commitment together with meticulous planning.

Construction

We have built our reputation as a principal contractor and we are renowed for our

high levels of quality and service. Our construction team is responsible for not only

ensuring your project is completed on time and on budget, but also safely and to the

highest possible quality.

The construction team co-ordinates each activity, reports back on a weekly basis on

budgets and programme, ensures a high quality of workmanship and is in regular-

contact with landlords and local authorities. The team has a commitment not to hand

over the project until the client is totally satsfied. Our contract and site managers are

responsible for all day-to-day activities on site. They oversee site set-up, landlord

liason, management of all speciallist trades and suppliers, quality management and

health and safety management.

Health and safety

We take health and safety extremely seriously and nothing is more important than the

welfare of our staff, trade contractors and visitors to our sites. We take all

security measures to ensure a safe working environment at all on going project sites.

Workers are equipped with safety helmets/jackets/shoes/glasses and masks. All

workers are insured . Periodic safety audits and training programmes are conducted.

Our safety advisors carry out regular inspections and work with project teams to

ensure everyone is fully aware of on site health and safety requirements. When it

comes to health and safety, the message from the top is that there’s nothing so

important that should mean a compromise to our standards.

Quality managementWe are totally committed to quality in all aspects of our operations.

To help us achieve our quality objectives, we have developed processes and

procedures that are documented in our Studiokon Quality and Procedures Manual

which is reviewed on a quarterly basis. These all comply with requirements of ISO

9001:2000 Quality Management Systems and Studiokon employees and operatives

are required to use it at all times.

Post constructionWith the works finished on the site our relationship does not just end there, 50% of

Studiokon’s annual turnover is from repeat business. That is clients coming straight

back to us with new projects. After care service is about being on hand to make

changes, fix faults and develop concepts regardless of sizes cost or nature. This is

often how clients judge the success of their project.
