Installing R Go to and follow theinstructionsFirst time opening R, yourwindow will look like this: 10. Installing R Commander Then, just go to:Packages -> Install Package(s) 11. Installing R CommanderChoose a mirror (I dont think it matters, but I always choose USA TX) 12. Installing R CommanderChoose RCmdr, and click OK-----meanwhile, note all of the free packages you can download later. 13. Using R CommanderGo to Packages again, but this time, choose Load Package, and Choose RCmdr 14. Next, import your data Import is under Data -> Import DataYou can upload plain text, dat, and even EXCEL files.Now, play with the commands theyre not identicalto SPSS/SAS, but similar. 15.
