Rex features photographs are used in different types of media, their photographs are used in magazines mainly nature magazines, newspapers, and websites.

The fish in this photograph are swimming around the diver/swimmer who is centralised near the middle of the photograph. This photograph uses deep focus as the fish, sea/ocean and the diver/swimmer are all visible to see, the audience can choose to look at different parts of the photograph apart from one thing.

This photograph is very unusual as not many people get to take a close-up photograph of a squirrel or any other animals. The background of the photograph is blurred so the audience can concentrate on the squirrel. This photograph adds humour as the squirrel is gathering nuts and putting them in a

wooden wheelbarrow, this is a bit like humans going shopping and putting items in a shopping trolley, this will give the audience this kind of impression. The photograph is very colourful and everything apart from the background in the photograph is clear, this is shallow focus.

This photograph uses deep focus as everything in the photograph is visible to see, the viewer/s might focus on some of the icebergs or water instead or as well as the mountains in the background.

This photograph is very fascinating as not many hot air balloons are in the air altogether. The sun is going down making the balloon colours invisible to see and making them black, this is like silhouetting. The sun is shining still on the tres/plants and buildings. This photograph could persuade people to give a hot air balloon a try and go somewhere like this.

This photograph is very unusual, as this car is made from cardboard, cars are not usually made with this. The photograph also uses deep focus as everything in the photograph is visible to see, the viewer/s don’t have to just focus on just one thing in the photograph but more than one thing, an example is they may look at the chairs on the left handed side of the photograph and the car itself. The car is the main subject of the photograph (why it was taken) and the car is centralised in the middle of the photograph. The car is positioned in a way in the photograph so the viewer/s can get a good glimpse of the car.
