for Pipeline Coating, Field Joint Coating, and Heat shrink Sleeve, Visco-Elastic Coating System Wrapping for Underground.

Study of client’s specification and developing (or approving already prepared)

technical procedure according to the standards and requirements specified, attending the pre-job conference and the periodical meetings.

Experience of all Coating Inspection Instruments / Gages and Test kits in level of

using (as inspector) that includes: Climatic Conditions gages and measurements. DFT Magnetic / Ultrasonic Gages and measurements. Surface visible cleanliness comparators. Surface profile gages. Surface Contaminations Test Instruments, Surface Temperature Thermometers, Pinholes, Holiday and Discontinuity Testers of Dry applied Coats. Adhesion Testers of Dry applied Coats.

Inspection of Storage Tank’s for Cold Insulation like (Propylene Tank and

Propane, Butane)

Carry out inspection for PUF Insulation like’s Straight, Comprise and Volume, Density and also Thickness for Insulation Product.

Perform Inspection for “PULL OF TEST” of First Layer of PUF Insulation for

Tanks Walls and Bottom Plate.

Carry-out Inspection of Cryogenic or Perlite Filling for Double wall Tank and for Cold Box Equipment.

Inspection for Hot Insulation of Tank’s Like (Tailing Tower Tank & Acoustic

Tank with Internal Insulation for Bottom.)

Study of specification and developing (or approving already prepared) technical procedure according to the standards and requirements specified, attending the pre-job conference and the periodical meetings.

Review the P&ID Drawing Piping for Temperature in Insulation of the thermal Hot and Cold Insulation.

Carry-out of Inspection in the Equipment for Insulation- (Boiler, HRSG –

Heat Recovery of Steam Generator’s. And Reactor Vessel & Column Vessel, Exchanger Equipment, Directors Drum & Tank, Cold box.)

Checking the material for Insulation and the Equipment using to the thermal Hot and Cold insulation.

Surveillance the gab fault of Insulation in stagger line. Measuring the

standards of length of band or belt inside and outside and Alignment of Insulation/Cladding Weather Jacketing.

Monitoring the constructions of the work and Surveillance the materials

for insulation.

Review the RFI of Request for Inspection and also the attach document paper. And base into the ITP or QCTP for Quality Control Test Plan requirements.

Surveillance the contractor work's if the procedures are been follows in specification.
