DESIGNAND MOLD CONSTRUCTIONWe gained a solid experience in the construction of molds.

Our specialized mechanical workshop is equipped with modern machinery,in order to always offer high quality and precision works.

INJECTIONMOLDING

The department is equipped with cutting-edge technology, such as co-injection systems (dedicated to the bi-material molding)

and gas-injection molding plants. On-board control units allow self-diagnosis and process control.

Production is robotically-assisted and totally automated.

EXTRUSIONAND BLOW-MOLDING

Production avail itself of injection-stretch-blow molding technology,in order to realize bottles and hollow components in PVC

up to 1000 cc and in PE up to 3000 cc. We also adopt the extrusionblow molding technology to produce co-extruded bi-material bottles

up to 500 cc, with soft touch effect, both in PE and PP.

CUSTOMERSERVICES

Reca Plast is able to satisfy any request of their customers through internal processes such as IML personalization, automatic labeling and

mechanical assembly, or relying on various local partners for the services of screen printing and pad printing.
