Reca Plast è una storia di successo lunga quasi trent’anni, iniziata nel 1986 grazie al talento e all’intuizione del suo fondatore, Remo Carnevalini, in un territorio splendido e suggestivo come la Rivera del Conero nelle Marche, nel cuore dell’Italia. Realtà industriale specializzata nella trasformazione delle materie plastiche e nell’esecuzione degli stampi per la realizzazione di componenti tecnici e articoli casalinghi, che coniugano design e funzionalità, Reca Plast ha rapporti commerciali con importanti clienti di vari settori merceologici (come il settore industriale, dei casalinghi, degli elettrodomestici, dell’elettronica, dell’irrigazione, dei giocattoli e della cosmetica) in mercati europei come Francia, Spagna, Gran Bretagna. Azienda in continuo sviluppo sia tecnologico che

organizzativo, conta una struttura di 4000 mq con impianti a iniezione, a iniezione-stiro-soffiaggio e a estrusione all’avanguardia, in parte alimentati con un impianto fotovoltaico; un’officina meccanica interna e un qualificato ufficio progettazione fortemente orientato allo sviluppo di soluzioni personalizzate. Reca Plast is a success story that has lasted almost thirty years, and which began thanks to the talent and intuition of its founder, Remo Carnevalini, in the splendid and charming setting of the Conero Riviera in the Marche region in the heart of Italy. To date, Reca Plast is an industrial concern that specialises in processing plastic materials and producing moulds for the production of technical components and housewares, which combine design with functionality. The experience and skills accrued over the years have enabled Reca Plast to establish commercial relations with major clients in various commodities sectors (such as industry, housewares, household appliances, electronics, irrigation, toys and cosmetics) across various European markets, including France, Spain and Great Britain. The company is constantly evolving both

in terms of technology and organisation, boasting a facility spread over a surface area of 4,000 m2 with cutting-edge injection moulding, injection stretch blow moulding and extrusion plants, partly powered by a photovoltaic system; an in-house mechanical workshop and a specialised engineering department whose main focus lies in the development of customised solutions. Its expansion policy and the need to accommodate the needs of emerging markets led Reca Plast to open a new facility in Poland (in 2007), supplementing its own facility with new technologies such as robotic laser cutting, the perfect solution to perform machining even on small batches. From the designing of the item to the structural analysis, Reca Plast Skilled provide effective solutions for the industrialisation of all sorts of ideas, through the use of sophisticated CAD-CAM software and rapid prototyping. The solutions offered by Reca Plast in fact portray the design and modelling potential

PLANT MAINTENANCE

Reca Plast ha una solida esperienza nella costruzioni stampi grazie ad una qualificata officina meccanica interna, garanzia di un efficiente servizio di manutenzione sia ordinaria che straordinaria, che conta 8 macchine CNC, tra centri di lavoro e fresatrici; 1 foratrice CNC; 1 elettroerosione a filo e 1 a tuffo; 1 tornio CNC con torretta motorizzata; 1 rettificatrice; e altri vari strumenti indispensabili per le attività di attrezzaggio e aggiustaggio. Il parco macchine oggi in dotazione permette la messa in uso di stampi di dimensioni fino a 1500x1300 mm ed un peso di 10 tonns.

Reca Plast has accrued a solid experience also in the construction of moulds, which is evident in the specialised in-house mechanical workshop which guarantees an efficient maintenance service, both routine and unscheduled, and boasts 8 CNC machines, amid machining centres and milling machines; 1 CNC drilling machine; 1 wire eroder and 1 plunge eroder (EDM); 1 CNC lathe with motorised tower; 1 grinding machine; and a host of other indispensable tools for tooling and adjusting activities.Today, the fleet of machines in fact allows the implementation of moulds measuring up to 1500x1300 mm in size and weighing up to 10 tonnes.

Core business aziendale, il reparto dello stampaggio a iniezione, costituito da impianti di coiniezione - dedicati allo stampaggio in bimateria - e impianti di iniezione a gas, conta un importante parco macchine in grado di

coprire una fascia che va dai 35 fino ai 1000 tonns per pezzi fino a 3000 gr. I cicli produttivi sono costantemente monitorati da centraline a bordo macchina mentre le presse sono servite da robot che snelliscono il

ciclo produttivo. I materiali principalmente utilizzati sono: polipropilene, ABS, gomma termoplastica, nylon, policarbonato, polietilene, polistirene, PMMA e SAN, anche con caratteristiche di auto estinguenza, per

un consumo medio complessivo di oltre 1000 tonns annue.

The company’s core business, today the injection moulding department, boasts co-injection plants - dedicated to two-material moulding - and gas injection plants, has a significant fleet of machines capable of covering

a range from 35 up to 1,000 tonnes for parts of up to 3,000 g. Production cycles are constantly monitored from the control units fitted on board the machine, while the presses are served by robots, which streamline the

production cycle. The most popular materials include: polypropylene, ABS, thermoplastic rubber, nylon, polycarbonate, polyethylene, polystyrene, PMMA and SAN, also with self-extinguishing properties, for an

average overall consumption of more than 1,000 tonnes a year.

Reca Plast opera anche nel settore del soffiaggio delle materie plastiche avvalendosi di un parco macchine all’avanguardia. La produzione del reparto è diversificata con la tecnologia dell’inietto-stiro-soffiaggio, per la

produzione di flaconi e corpi cavi in PVC fino a 1000 cc e in PE fino a 3000 cc; e la tecnologia dell’ estrusione-soffiaggio anche per la realizzazione dei flaconi in bimateria coestrusa, fino a 500 cc, con effetto soft touch, sia in PE che in PP.

Reca Plast also deals in the blowing of plastic materials, thanks to a cutting-edge fleet of machines. Production in this department is diversified with injection stretch blow moulding technology, for the production of vials and

hollow items in PVC of up to 1,000 cc and in PE of up to 3,000 cc; as well as extrusion-blowing technology also for the production of co-extruded two-material vials of up to 500 cc, with soft touch effect, in both PE and PP.

Qualità, sicurezza sul lavoro e rispetto dell’ambiente sono delle prerogative costanti delle politiche aziendali. I sistemi di produzione della Reca Plast ripropongono le condizioni definite nel regolamento CE n. 2023/2006 noto come regolamento GMP

(Good Manufacturing Practice) e inoltre, la maggior parte degli impianti di produzione è collegata ad un sistema di monitoraggio che permette, in tempo reale, il controllo dello stato di avanzamento della produzione.La realizzazione degli articoli casalinghi è condotta in regime di

sicurezza alimentare in conformità alla normativa M.O.C.A., per il controllo della filiera dei “Materiali e Oggetti a Contatto con gli Alimenti”.I vari reparti della Reca Plast soddisfano il sistema di gestione e controllo della sicurezza sul lavoro secondo la normativa BS OHSAS

18001:2007, come certificato dall’ente RINA. Infine l’azienda si avvale di energia proveniente da fonti rinnovabili come l’impianto fotovoltaico posto sul tetto dello stabilimento principale.

Quality, occupational safety and environmental friendliness are constant prerogatives of the company’s policies. Production systems at Reca Plast ensure the conditions defined in EC regulation no. 2023/2006, also referred to as GMP (Good

Manufacturing Practice).In addition, the majority of the production plants is connected to a monitoring system which allows the control of production progress in real time.Production of housewares takes place in a food-grade safety environment

in conformity with M.O.C.A. food contact certification, for the control of the supply chain of “Materials and Objects that come into Contact with Food”.The various Reca Plast departments comply with the occupational safety management and control system

according to BS OHSAS 18001:2007, as certified by the RINA body. Finally the company uses energy originating from renewable sources such as the photovoltaic plant fitted on the roof of the main facility building.
