DINING AT GRAND MARK LODGE – DECEMBER AND JUNE MEETINGS
Alternative dining arrangements are available for those attending Grand Mark Lodge in December and June each year. Those wishing to take advantage of these arrangements should contact the Provincial Grand Secretary by email or letter stating their intentions to attend each meeting. A meal will be booked on receipt of a cheque for the cost of the meal. Closing dates for bookings will be announced nearer to the meeting dates.

CONSTITUTION OF THE PROVINCIAL COMMITTEE OF GENERAL PURPOSES
The Provincial Grand Master (Chairman). The Deputy Provincial Grand Master (Deputy Chairman), the Assistant Provincial Grand Master, the Present Provincial Wardens, the Provincial Grand Treasurer, the Provincial Grand Registrar, the Provincial Grand Secretary, the Provincial Deputy Grand Secretary, the Provincial Grand Charity Steward, the Chairman of the Provincial Charity Committee and six members of Provincial Grand Lodge appointed by the Provincial Grand Master as follows: - The Provincial Grand Director of Ceremonies, the Provincial Grand Almoner, the Chairman of the Summer Fayre Committee, the Chairman of the Social Committee and two Grand Lodge Officers of the year. The Past Deputy Provincial Grand Masters, Past Assistant Provincial Grand Master and the Assistant Provincial Grand Secretary are co-opted members. The Committee shall meet on the third Monday in February and October or at such times and places as the Provincial Grand Master shall appoint and three shall form a quorum. The Assistant Provincial Grand Secretary shall be the Secretary.

the Earl of Euston room has a relaxing atmosphere and magnificent views onto St
James’s Street and along Pall Mall.
The dress code in the carvery is smart casual, a jacket and tie are not required
