beginning at 3.00 pm on Thursday, 25th June 2015

under the Banner ofPerseverance Chapter No. 455

for the transaction of the General Business of the Province when and where all Present and Past Provincial Grand Officers, together with the Principals and Past First Principals of the several Subordinate Chapters of the Province are hereby summoned to attend and all regularly exalted Royal Arch Masons are invited to be present.

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING NOTES CAREFULLY

Arrangements 1. TIME

All Companions except Grand Officers are requested to take their places by 2.45 pm.

2. DRESS

Dark morning dress or dark lounge suit with plain black or approved Provincial tie. Gloves are not worn in Provincial Grand Chapter. Grand Officers and Acting Provincial Officers taking part in the ceremonial are asked to wear long coats.

3. DINNER

The meeting will be followed by dinner at a charge of £23 per head (excluding wines). To ensure reservation for dinner the enclosed form must be returned by Friday 22nd May 2015. Companions who wish to bring a guest should provide details of the guests Chapter and Province, Grand / Provincial Rank on the reverse of the reply slip and include the appropriate remittance.

4. SEATING

a. Seating for Provincial Grand Chapter will be provided for those Companions returning the enclosed form by Friday 22nd May 2015.WHETHER DINING OR NOT

b. Seating will be reserved for: Heads of Orders, Grand Officers and Official Guests, Companions receiving Active Ranks, Companions receiving First Appointment or Promotion,

5. REGALIA

a. Companions receiving Active Rank should collect their Collar Jewel on arrival from the Provincial Grand Registrar who will be seated in the foyer,

b. Companions receiving First Appointment should wear their Apron, Sash and Breast Jewel and carry their Collar,

NB. Provincial Grand Officers holding a Jewel of Office belonging to the

Province MUST return it to the Provincial Chapter Office at
