technology (BIT) in order that I selected the company of tasaheel information technology for internship project.

Additionally, I observed that tasaheel information technology is dutiful to provide best and high quality products and services to the international customers around the globe.

OWNERSHIP, HISTORY, MANAGEMENT Tasaheel information technology is based on

the IT infrastructure and provides the solution for security, delivering the solutions related to IT business, diverse range of IT services to their clients and provide technical support with office in Middle East and in Kuwait.

In addition, Abdul Aziz Al Ghafri, the Co-sponsor of Tasaheel group investing the new venture of Tasaheel Soultions through lighting the sacred lamp

PORTFOLIO OF PRODUCTS AND SERVICES I observed in doing internship in Tasaheel

information technology that, since the launch of this company, Tasaheel delivered numerous software applications and products in a wide range from private and public sector to voluntary sector organizations.

In addition, I noted that the Car Rental System of Tasaheel Group provides an easy access to use which is cost effective in vehicle rental businesses

difficult to find the right company for the application development

Website Design And Development: As internet assist in the business activities, it

I have received the warm welcome from the senior staff of tasaheel information technology. As my internship program has to be started with the process of orientation. The aim to conduct the orientation was to make the ease association with old employees and give emphasis to the objectives and goals of the organization and its departments.

During this second week, I was asked to check out all the past records related to the issue of software development, website design and development, mobile application development, bio metric system an solution, structural cabling and networking, borderless networking, CCTV cameras and door assessing system, hardware and networking, online blogging, advertising and printing

My third week of internship I had to work out adding and searching contacts to Google database, contacting with the partners of potential sponsorship, updating the website, mailing letters to clients, editing or organising the schedule and documents of events, promoting and marketing the events, maintaining budgets of events, researching upcoming events, posting and writing about events

During the fourth week of my internship, I had been sent to an awareness program which is organised by the senior staff of company. This experience augmented my process of learning in order to explore out the system of exposure in the respective fields of concentration.

During this week of my internship, I was asked to sit with IT engineers for the purpose to share my learning experience and also learn some knowledge from their learning as well. . Further, in the end of this week I sat with the senior staff member of tasaheel information technology and had expressed him my feelings and continuous the process of learning of my internship program.

In the six week of my internship I had to implement all the process that i had learned and experienced in my whole internship program. In addition, as the field of my interest is software development, web developing, mobile application development therefore first I had worked out on these three departments then I moved forward for the implementation work of other departments.

During the seven week of my internship, I had to intend the monitoring and evaluation process for the purpose to find out that either company is going in the right direction or not. In addition, this task was very challenging and difficult for me. I have found some various step learned that how to monitor and evaluate the process

The last week was very important for me because I had to summarize all my learning and experience and present them in front of the senior staff and other members of Tasaheel information technology. In addition, I have learned that how promotional and presentation activities occurred.

CRITICAL ISSUES AND RECOMMENDATION Tasaheel information technology is the great learning

company for interns.

It is the company based on small scale in Dubai and facilitate the interns to develop and improve their skills and knowledge.

In addition, I would suggest Tasaheel information technology to keep hiring the interns with various educational backgrounds for the purpose to help, improve and build the company with the knowledge they gained from their studies.

I also recommended that the management must provide better arrangement for employees as well as outside visitors or the persons who are coming for internship purpose.

ACCOMPLISHMENTS Before the starting of my internship, my ideas

did not equivalent with the experience have gained during my internship program.

As well, there is a big difference I observed in the projects of school and the tasks and activities during the actual and practical work.

In school I learned that how to describe the work project in which I learned that how to implement the in reality.

CONCLUSION To conclude my internship project, this

internship was assigned to me where my specialization is relating to bachelor of information technology (IT) program; this internship has been covered eight weeks of full time in company training.

This course also provided oral communications skills with practical experience of new things and improved interpersonal relations in order to evaluate the goal of my personal career.

CONCLUSION The internship was performed at Dubai, UAE

and carried out eight weeks full time internship in tasaheel information technology.

In addition, this internship provided an appropriate platform to engage in different activities.

My position was in the training section, development manager assistant and training as well.
