    Abstract

This is a summary of the draft refurbished office building , which is the building of Georgian stonein the center of a new existing extension . Connect the new building is being built in the lobby. It is

based on the provision of new buildings and parking room . The site is a slope from the back of the building behind the old path . The main entrance is located in the new office lobby . The Plan proposes a plan to meet customer needs and preferences , local building codes .With the creation of profitable customers , speed, environmental issues and sustainable developmentgoals and restricted items such as transportation difficulties , tilt your neighbors ad acent to theexisting building structure and sensitivity to noise and use different parts of the building structure ,including columns , bridges , walls and floors of the composite structure . !asement and engineeringre"uirements of the foundation, such as building loads and repel water at a reasonable cost andconstruction time is short, and to examine the environmental impact of the pro ects according tolocation restrictions above. Consultant is expected to finali#e the detailed structure of the structural

information .The coating system was filled aesthetics, durability, maintenance and stability , moisture , insulationand thermal and acoustic fire highlighted the basic re"uirements of protection. Concrete slab is a

better desktop system coverage . It is recommended that green roofs to reduce heat island effect andenergy loss of the building. It can also reduce sound reflection , improved protection against noise. Is supplied internal components, including roof systems , file systems and construction to upgradethe system partition . $eet the basic re"uirements proposed by the internal components and aestheticdurability and maintenance , structural capacity and performance , durability and fire preventiontechnology. It has integrated all these components are fully compatible. It systems provide fire protection through the use of positive and negative control fire, reduce fire

risk people and goods . Passive measures must protect the occupants from fire trigger and gets theminto a safe place to protect firefighters entered the building and attacked the fire and rescue thevictims , and to prevent the collapse of the elements structural cause in case of fire. Controlmeasures expected to fight fires , fire fighting or limit the menu to remind the occupants of the fire.%ou must include the long&term maintenance of the urgent need to determine the pace of the workagenda for repair and maintenance methods and maintaining "uality construction standards anddesign of the new plan office building maintenance , life expectancy , the total cost of living , as wellas financial and budgetary constraints , the law , and how to implement the work of extending thelife of the building, maintaining high "uality .
