Abstract
This is a summary of the draft refurbished office building , which is the building of Georgian stonein the center of a new existing extension . Connect the new building is being built in the lobby. It is
based on the provision of new buildings and parking room . The site is a slope from the back of the building behind the old path . The main entrance is located in the new office lobby . The Plan proposes a plan to meet customer needs and preferences , local building codes .With the creation of profitable customers , speed, environmental issues and sustainable developmentgoals and restricted items such as transportation difficulties , tilt your neighbors ad acent to theexisting building structure and sensitivity to noise and use different parts of the building structure ,including columns , bridges , walls and floors of the composite structure . !asement and engineeringre"uirements of the foundation, such as building loads and repel water at a reasonable cost andconstruction time is short, and to examine the environmental impact of the pro ects according tolocation restrictions above. Consultant is expected to finali#e the detailed structure of the structural
information .The coating system was filled aesthetics, durability, maintenance and stability , moisture , insulationand thermal and acoustic fire highlighted the basic re"uirements of protection. Concrete slab is a
better desktop system coverage . It is recommended that green roofs to reduce heat island effect andenergy loss of the building. It can also reduce sound reflection , improved protection against noise. Is supplied internal components, including roof systems , file systems and construction to upgradethe system partition . $eet the basic re"uirements proposed by the internal components and aestheticdurability and maintenance , structural capacity and performance , durability and fire preventiontechnology. It has integrated all these components are fully compatible. It systems provide fire protection through the use of positive and negative control fire, reduce fire
risk people and goods . Passive measures must protect the occupants from fire trigger and gets theminto a safe place to protect firefighters entered the building and attacked the fire and rescue thevictims , and to prevent the collapse of the elements structural cause in case of fire. Controlmeasures expected to fight fires , fire fighting or limit the menu to remind the occupants of the fire.%ou must include the long&term maintenance of the urgent need to determine the pace of the workagenda for repair and maintenance methods and maintaining "uality construction standards anddesign of the new plan office building maintenance , life expectancy , the total cost of living , as wellas financial and budgetary constraints , the law , and how to implement the work of extending thelife of the building, maintaining high "uality .

Reinforced Concrete (RC)
; 3C and depends mainly on the "uality of the experience and skills of local entrepreneurs, and perhaps not easy to control the "uality.& 3e"uires minimal maintenance. :eal can be easily applied to produce a smooth surface, the
panel is not re"uired.
Steel
; 3e"uires fre"uent maintenance.& $aintenance costs are reasonable, design, finish and protection for the construction of anappropriate and effective treatment. To be maintained, such as impairment testing of the oint, it maysimply be exposed immediately after the defective area.& ?o problem with the strength of steel, treatment or grows slowly, less affected by the movement ofwater and chills.& $ember of the "uality of structural steel fabrication and communication can be difficult

; The 3C can convert any flexible design flexibility.& cceptable to some extent, changes in the construction phase.& $aterials readily available in the local market, so the delivery time is not much.& )ocal entrepreneurs in 'ong /ong are very familiar with 3C buildings.
Steel
; :teel elements is easy to communicate and build.& Import long before ordering may be re"uired for overseas delivery as the most representative.& $embers must make a "uick decision on the si#e and design of the contact and asked to preparestores.& Prefabricated steel elements should be carefully monitored, high dimensional accuracy.

Reinforced Concrete (RC)
; 3C usually produce more construction waste, construction period consumes more energy andresources is not sustainable.
Steel
; :tructural steel members can be recycled, and according to changes in the construction phase ofadapting, thus reducing waste and consume fewer resources, to reduce emissions of carbondioxide, the sustainable capacity.& ast construction and low landfill, resulting in lower environmental pollutants not3esults.
S trengt' n" St bi!ity Reinforced Concrete (RC) ; 3C has good resistance and bendingvibration and spinal problems :et aside. :tability can be maintained with a minimum ofmaintenance.
Steel
; :teel high pressure and stress and tension, but weak contact. %ou may need more than steel orlink very strong and hard to improve the strength and stability.& Iron lose strength in the case of a fire, the need for additional treatment and steady under fire.
